Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your receipt order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your petition is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  2. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your purchase date.
  3. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team and provide your order number, the name of the software product, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  5. If you are experiencing technical issues with the software product, our customer support team will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect that the request is fraudulent or abusive.
